Community Suppers
In 2022 St. Andrew’s embarked on a new ministry called “St. Andrew’s Community Suppers.”
WE OFFER OUR GUESTS FREE SUPPERS EVERY THURSDAY EVENING AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE PARISH HALL.
The supper is a free, no strings attached, place to eat and rest with the goal to following Jesus’s words, “Feed my Sheep.” We are fortunate to have partners who join us in this effort: St. John the evangelist’s “Association of St. Jude,” Holy Nativity Episcopal Church, St. Dominic/St. Vincent, Education for Ministry Alumni, The LGBTQ Center of Bay County, and Panama City Pentecostal Church.

Laundry love
St Andrew’s Laundry Love ministry began in 2017 in partnership with Holy Nativity Episcopal Church. Twice a month we offer families the opportunity to come to a local laundromat to wash their clothing and bedding. The churches provid all the quarters, detergent, and softner/dryer sheets. The St. Andrew’s Foundation provides assistance with the $3,500 estimated yearly costs.
If you’re looking for some… clean fun… consider joining us on the fourth Thursday of the month.
Community Cupboard Food Pantry
The LGBTQ Center of Bay County and St. Andrews Episcopal Church partnered to create a new Community Cupboard. The “Pantry,” located in Room 4, provides food to people participating in the Center’s Rapid Rehousing program. People who come to the Food Pantry are diverse in age, gender, race, and nationalitywith many being heads of families working full-time at poverty-level wages. Much of the food goes to children. In addition, volunteers from the Center help deliver approximately 80 boxes of food per month to people living in “homeless camps” around the city.
